reading “searching for God knows what” by Donald Miller. to me better than “blue like jazz.” personal preference.

challenging thought from yesterday’s reading. in the last chapter of John’s gospel, when Jesus asks Peter, “Do you love me more than these?” is it possible that Jesus was talking about the big haul of fish and the meal they just had together. in other words, “do you love me more than you do these creature comforts?” huge difference than “do you love me more than these (disciples)?”
