Great commissioning service for church planters yesterday. West Ridge Church has a great legacy in church planting. Partners with 47 churches around the world. And if everyone makes it off the ground this fall and winter we’ll have that many domestic church partners.

Partnering with Michael Lukaszewski @ Oakleaf Church, (who according to his website is going to have a church in every municipality in America 
) for a coaching group for guys that have launched. LaunchandLead. WRC will coach through launch and Michael will coach you through leading the first years. A good foundation is essential. Studies indicate a guy that is being mentored or coached is almost 3 times as successful as one not getting coached.
